Senator Sharp requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                     
SENATE BILL NO. 256(TRA) "An Act relating to the tax on                        
transfers and consumption of aviation fuel; and providing for an               
effective date" be taken up.

reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL
